He added, “I wanted to make a stand so that if anyone’s out there scared to come out, they will come out.”
In the same year, Yungblud also shared that he is polyamorous, explaining to Attitude, “I love everyone, I’m attracted to everyone.”

The LGBTQ+ community is rife with labels, but Yungblud is offering up one that best describes his sexuality in a new interview: “I’m the f–king saucepan.”
Speaking with Attitude on Thursday (July 3) for its latest cover story, the 27-year-old rocker spoke at length about identifying as pansexual, which he says has helped him grow into the person he is today.
“I’ve always been deeply sexual. “I think that’s what I feel most proud of when we talk about Pride.”
Yungblud has addressed questions about his sexuality in a recent interview with The Evening Standard.
“Everything’s sexual,” the musician stated.
“I was just like with it all; ‘I’m pan, you know what I’m saying?’ It doesn’t matter what genitalia you’ve got or what you identify as. Because it’s the [label] that allows me to be who I am; it’s the one with the most room for manoeuvre.”

British rocker Yungblud has opened up about his sexuality, sharing that he now feels “less insecure” about identifying as pansexual.
The 27-year-old musician, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, reflected on his journey in a new interview with Attitude magazine, stating, “I am the pan man — I’m the f**king saucepan.
If I love you, I love you and that’s it.”
He admitted the journey to self-acceptance wasn’t easy. “That’s (something) I’ve struggled with my whole life, because I didn’t know what I was. Relationships.”
The statement clarifies his perspective on sexual identity in response to questions about his pansexuality.
His openness about identity reflects a broader journey of self-discovery and artistic expression.
Biographical records from Wikipedia reveal that early life experiences shaped Yungblud’s path to self-expression.
In a 2020 interview with Hunger magazine, he described the moment he embraced the label. This foundation supports his commitment to authenticity in both music and personal expression.

This isn’t the first time he’s spoken openly about his identity.

For Yungblud, his sexuality is part of a broader message about freedom and acceptance. I was just fascinated by other people. These influences helped shape his distinctive artistic style and authentic approach.

“It’s the [label] that allows me to be who I am; it’s the one with the most room for maneuver,” he says. I haven’t said that yet because I don’t want some mad article everywhere going, ‘Yungblud comes out as f–king pan!'”
Elsewhere in his Attitude interview, the singer spoke about BludFest, his U.K.-based music festival, and the importance of curating an inclusive environment for both the fans watching the show and the artists on the lineup.
“I do feel like I am less insecure about it.”
That doesn’t mean Yungblud’s OK with the amount of discourse that happens around pansexuality, which he called “a f–king simmering pan” in his conversation. “I’m still quite weird about going ‘This is what I am’ to the world because I’ve never really said it,” Yungblud said at the time.
